Please find below the most common reasons why you may not have received your Tremendous payment.
Have you waited enough time for your payment to arrive?
Please allow up to 5 business days for your payment to process.
Have you recently joined and redeemed within 10 days of your first completed survey?
We withhold payments for 10 business days before they will process. This is one of many security measures Cint has taken to fight fraud. We ask that you be patient as we are taking every step to provide a fraud-proof experience for all to enjoy. After the hold, future payments will process as normal.
Have you checked your email folder?
When your Tremendous payment transaction has been processed you will be sent an email from the panel you redeemed your reward alerting you that you have received a Tremendous payment. Please check your inbox of the email address you signed up with for the panel, including any spam/promotions folders.
If you are using the OpinionAPP, when the payment has been processed, on the rewards tab you will see a message similar to, 'check email 001', when you see this, check your email for the payment as payment codes or redemption/claim URL links will not be shown in the panelist portal.
