I have completed the survey but incentives are not credited to my account?

Under the new portal we are imposing a waiting period before an incentive is added to your redeemable balance. This step helps us verify the integrity of survey responses and creates a fair environment for everyone. Additionally, this step will also avoid deduction of survey points after they are credited to your panel account. During the waiting period, the points are visible under "Pending".

Don't worry, as soon as the waiting period is over, the incentive will move straight into your account balance under "Complete".
